"Found oven door gasket needs to be replaced. Found the oven bottom panel was not seated and locked in place on the left side of oven. Corrected the oven panel and tested the operation of the oven. No issues found with oven door or door hinges. Documented with whirlpool tech line case# 23379639. Documented with Safety case# 23364728. Customer does not want to order the door gasket through us and have installed. Customer will order the oven door gasket and install herself. "Found the drain pump was clogged with debris restricting the drain discharge was the result for not spin drying the clothes, clothes were left wet. Also over suds error, instructed customer to use a few table spoons of HE soap per wash and run a clean washer cycle once a month. Removed debris from drain pump, cleared error codes and tested the washing machine for proper operation. The washing machine is operating properly. Job is complete."

"Tested the water valves, 120V present under load, both inlet valves are 1.4K ohms. Hot water inlet valve solenoid is sticking mechanically and weaker water flow. Ordering water inlet valve W11513255 for replacement. Customer requested Friday the 24th, a.m.; ordrng 1 W11513255 (Water inlet valve)"

"Found water leaking on to the kitchen floor from water pooling up in the pantry drawer below the drawer, which was caused from water spraying out of the reservoir/water tank when the water dispenser was in use and I/M fill. Checked all connecting water tubing and water valves. I have seen the water spraying out from the reservoir. Reservoir needs to be replaced part# W11778702. Water is off to the refrigerator and I/M is off until water reservoir is replaced. The refrigerator is working properly otherwise.
