The technician moved the washer from the wall in order to fix the dryer. When he did that, he pulled the power cord from the outlet. When he left the washer and dryer were moved back into place. After
He left I tried to use washer put realized it wasn’t plugged in. Because of the spacing, I was unable to plug it myself without moving the dryer and pulling the hose out of place. I called the office and was told “he says he didn’t unplug it” and “ma’am we aren’t coming to your home to plus on your washer”. I find this unacceptable. If a technician needs to move something, he should put it back the way he found it which means plugging it back in. He also had to have noticed it was not plugged back in when he plugged the drier in after fixing it. I’m very disappointed not only with the technician but also with the poor customer service from the office personnel. I’ve used your company two different times at this house and my old house and had positive experiences, but not sure I will use or recommend you again after this.
