Put temp probe in oven, allowed oven to preheat to 350, temps match on oven display and meter within 10 degrees of each other. Oven heating and operating properly. Instructed customer on use of calibration setting on control panel. Collected for service call on cc."

Tested and found washer had long fill error. Checked and found customer has extremely low water pressure and flow from wall valve. Only getting a trickle from hose with valve fully open. Showed situation to customer and explained that washer will not function correctly without proper water flow and pressure. All washer functions test good.

"Checked and found ice maker stuck halfway through cycle, would not return to home position. Removed and replaced ice maker. Now operating properly."
