Replaced refrigerator door gasket. Used heat gun to form gasket and ensure proper seal. Checked freezer gasket and found a gap at bottom. Again used heat gun to form gasket. Both gaskets now contacting and sealing properly.

Found that motor wouldnt turn. Inspected and found that dryer appears to have been dropped on back corner at blower wheel housing bending cabinet and housing. Could not remove screws in blower air duct. Advised customer that due to damage I could not repair dryer and advised them to contact place of purchase.

Installed freezer door gasket and insured proper seal. Refrigerator door gasket received was incorrect. Received part #W10830274 not W10838574. Reordering refrigerator door gasket.; ordrng 1 W10838574 (Gasket)

Confirmed purchase date and took picture of receipt. Found both refrigerator and freezer door gaskets deformed and not sealing. Ordering gaskets.; ordrng 1 W10838574 (Door gasket) and 1 W10861499 (Freezer door gasket)
