Checked and confirmed washer still has same issue. Called tech line spoke to Daniel cs# 23016683. Advised him of situation and all repairs and parts that have been replaced. Went through diagnostics with him. He deemed unit unrepairable and submitted for review and replacement. Advised customer of decision and that she should be hearing from Whirlpool in 3 to 5 business days.

"Unplugged washer. Removed and replaced console and ACU. Reassembled, tested washer on Normal cycle. All components and functions operating properly."

"Turned breaker off. Disassembled, removed and replaced control and expansion boards. Reassembled, turned breaker back on. Tested, ovens heating and operating properly."

"Tested and ran diagnostics. Found F8E1 long fill error. Ran component tests and found all valves operating properly with good flow. Customer did not have unit connected to WiFi. Believe this could fall under SB W11758510. Advised customer that she would need to download Maytag app and connect washer in order to receive over the air update. Explained the service bulletin to her. She is going to get washer connected and get update. Leaving control on order, customer will let us know if update corrects issue she will tell us when we call to schedule when part arrives.; O-emld tckt"

Checked and found range set up for natural gas but customer is on propane. Will need to be converted. Customer has conversion kit that came with range. Quoted customer $279 labor for doing conversion. Customer declined and said he could do it. Customer also having an problem with not being able to use both ovens at the same time. Ordering control and expansion board. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 12/12 AM ; ordrng 1 W11317945 (Expansion board) and 1 W11398684 (Control)

"Pulled refrigerator out. Removed and replaced compressor and dryer. Flushed system with nitrogen from both low and high sides. Charged with nitrogen to 250psi, checked for leaks, none found. Allowed unit to sit under pressure for 20 minutes, no pressure loss. Evacuated nitrogen, pulled vacuum for 20 minutes to ensure system was free of any non-condensables. Allowed to sit for 10 minutes, no vacuum loss. Weighed in correct charge, 54g, of R600A. Compressor operating properly and unit cooling correctly."

"Checked and found compressor running and cooling slightly. Took amp draw and found it very low, .2 amp, compressor not pumping properly. Unplugged refrigerator, allowed system to equalize, found equalization pressures at approximately 28psi. Compressor not working properly. Ordering compressor. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 8/18 AM.; ordrng 1 W11547313 (Compressor) and 1 2Xtime (2X time)"

"Found refrigerator cooling properly on arrival. FC at 1 degree and RC at 38. Pulled unit out, checked operating pressures. Running at -10 low side, 80 high side. Customer says that on 2 occasions temps have gone up. Once for a few hours, once for over a day, but then unit begins cooling properly again. Ran diagnostics, all components tested good. Compressor was replaced at the time only sweep charge was recommended, no vacuum pulled. Suspect possible residual nitrogen in system. Evacuated refrigerant, flushed with nitrogen. Charged to 250psi with nitrogen, allowed to sit for 15 minutes. No loss of pressure, no leaks found. Evacuated nitrogen, pulled vacuum for 20 minutes to ensure system was in deep vacuum and no nitrogen or non-condensables in system. Weighed in correct charge, 54g, of R600. Compressor operating and cooling properly. Compressor amp draw at .94 amps, low side at -8, high side at 92. All checked good and operating properly."

"Began the process of removing compressor. Removed filter drier, cut open, found beads gray in color. Called tech line spoke to Dan SR# 7741575125, he said this color didnt match his comparison pictures to deem unrepairable and to proceed with repair. Removed and replaced compressor and related parts. Flushed system with nitrogen. Charged with nitrogen to 250psi, used bubble solution to check for leaks, none found. Allowed to sit under pressure for 20 minutes, no pressure loss. Evacuated nitrogen, did sweep charge and allowed system to go into vacuum. Weighed in correct charge, 54g, of R600a. Compressor operating and cooling properly.; used 1 R600a (R600a) from stock"

"Checked and found all fans operating properly. Pulled refrigerator out, removed cover, found compressor very hot and constantly clicking trying to start. Took amp draw and found it spiking at 9.7 amps the tripping off on overload. Needs compressor. Ordering compressor and related parts.
