"Stacked unit in basement. No errors in history. Ran quick wash and went through fill and into agitate fine. Rand diagnostic cycle and working properly. No bearing noise and no wobble in basket/tub. Drain operates properly and quickly. All buttons working in testing. Will order console for intermittent button issue, water left in unit likely from windows unbalanced loads.Advised customer the dryer will need to be taken off unit for us to replace console. "Did not make any ice after last visit, on arrival cubes in tray from filling yesterday during visit, did not harvest, found full tube frozen again. Replaced icemaker and ran harvest cycle fine. Ran heater and verified 120vac at facia harness and had 4.5k ohms on tube heater with fascia off. Diagnostics cs did have an e5 error on icemaker diagnostic selection. Replaced icemaker and powered unit off. Error is clear and Peformed harvest and fill test fine. Still suggest replacing filter. Removed and unit does not need filter for water operation, but flow still ok, not great, but that is most likely supply issue.; used 1 W11658802 (ICE MAKER) from stock"

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint of not making ice. No cubes in icemaker. Icebox fan working, ice box thermistor passes, ran harvest fine. ran fill and did not fill, valve humming, front dispenser working. Fill tube frozen, ran fill tube heater. Verified 120vac to heater. 1.59kohms on heater. Cleared fill tube. Ran fill test and filled fine. Cs to monitor, advised to change filter every 6 months, flow is a bit slow at dispenser."
