Two years ago, I made the mistake of buying a whirlpool washing machine, which has been nothing but trouble. We have required service at my home at least six times. If it weren't for Glenn, and the company he works for: advantage appliance, i would be a lot angrier as a consumer.
Glenn has been nothing but amazing: communicating arrival times, explaining each issue perfectly and working to restore our washing machine which I want to throw out the window. He is cheerful and prompt and always in a very good mood!
I could not ask for better in a service provider. If there are any specific questions regarding glenn, I would be happy to answer them, but I highly recommend him for any job he would like!!
Thank you so much for your kind words, Lisa! We are delighted to hear about your positive experience with Glenn and the service he provided. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are grateful for the opportunity to assist you. If you ever need our services again, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Glenn is technically very competent. He identified the problem quickly and came up idea to fix it with a non official replacement part, because the part had been discontinued. The repair would have been impossible without Glenn’s ingenuity!
