Glenn is the ABSOLUTE BEST. We have had our Whirlpool for less than a year and unfortunately, he has had to come for repairs four times. But you wouldn't be able to tell from his disposition, speed, or ability to solve the issue each time. Always has a smile, always talks to us about what the process is, the parts and what he did to fix it. And has the cutest saying on his way out the door, which I will not reveal so the next person can be surprised. He's an absolute wonderful person and a great repairman and I highly recommend him.
