"Checked and found condensate drain line clogged causing water and ice to pool at bottom of freezer. Quoted customer fo repair. Customer approved. Disassembled, removed all ice and water. Removed cleared and cleaned drain tube. Reinstalled, tested to ensure drain was flowing properly. All working correctly. Collected for repair on ck# 392"

"Removed and replaced 3-way valve. Plugged unit in, entered diagnostics, set valve to home position. Unplugged. Flushed with nitrogen then charged to 250psi. Allowed to sit for 20 minutes. Checked for leaks, none found. No loss of pressure. Evacuated nitrogen, pulled vacuum for 20 minutes to ensure no residue moisture or nitrogen. Weighed in correct charge, 53g, of R600A. Compressor operating and unit cooling properly."

"Entered diagnostics, set 3-way valve to home position. Unplugged refrigerator, using piercing pliers tapped system, charged with nitrogen to 250psi to check for leaks prior to removing compressor. Waited 10 minutes, no loss of pressure. Evacuated nitrogen, removed and replaced compressor and inverter. Removed drier, soldered in cap end of drier, began to position drier for final joint and tube came off 3-way valve where it enters valve. No way to reattach. Ordering 3-way valve. Customer is going to try to get unit exchanged. Advised customer that office will call to schedule when part arrives.; ordrng 1 W11575003 (Valve)"
