Could never get an early appointment so lost time from work. Technician was great it the front office that bad. Talk to w with an attitude. Needed a new board and induction plate. The board they first came back with was packed like new but was used. Fans were full of cat hair. Absolutely amazing. Came back a third time with another board and would bet it was used also. Even the induction plate looked like it was used. Would not recommend this company.
