Unit was leaking when it started. No damage done to the home. Dishwasher was moved outside to the garage. Found the sump motor leaking. Replaced the sump assembly. Unable to test the unit due to in the garage. Customer will have to reinstall the dishwasher. ; used 1 W11613479 (MOTOR/SUMP) from stock

Complaint not making ice. Unit across the street @ rental 106. Found the ice maker turned off. Turned on ice maker and cycled. Tested ok.

Complaint after the board was replaced it tripped the breaker and then the freezer back wall started freezing up again. Found the control board relay burnt out on the board again. Tried to call whirlpool techline and got disconnected 2x bad service. P2 pin 7 to p1 pin 2 81.9 ohms. P2 pin 7 to frame has continuity. Documented with techline and sent picture of the board burnt. Sr# 7739717271 techline advised to have the customer call whirlpool customer service to discuss options.

Relay on control board was burnt. Replaced main control board. Tested ok.
