"Confirmed purchase date and took picture of receipt. Updated information on ticket .Checked and confirmed no ice in bin. Entered diagnostics, ran tests 8 and 9 for ice tray and ice box thermistors. Both tested good. Ran ice box fan test 29, fan operating properly. Ran ice maker test, ice maker cycled and filled correctly. No error codes. Everything checked out good and operating properly. Tested dispenser, found very low flow rate. Removed filter and flow was much better. Customer is on a well and have not replaced filter since purchased. Advised customer that they need to replace filter. All refrigerator components operating as designed."

"On arriving found compressor running but not cooling. Before removing compressor , tapped system with piercing pliers. Checked pressure , running at 0. Could not get a good seal with piercing pliers. Attempted to charge system with nitrogen , found leak in heat loop in drain pan. Called tech line spoke to Chris case #23418402. He said to replace heat loop. Went back in and removed and cut dryer open, found beads contaminated showing system contamination. Called back to tech line spoke to George case#23419593. He is submitting this for replacement. Advised customer that they should be hearing from Whirlpool in 3 to 5 days."

Complaint washing machine never progresses past wash goes from sensing to wash to done. I found F8e1. No fill long fill I verified water pressure is perfect. I verified water pressure switch hose is not obstructed. I replaced control board after verifying drain tube is proper no further issues found after replacing control and performing and control board calibration process. Unit is now progressing past wash and spinning out laundry perfectly fine.
