"Removed and replaced compressor and related parts. Charged with nitrogen, checked for leaks, none found. Allowed to sit under charge for 15 minutes, no loss of pressure. Evacuated nitrogen, pulled vacuum. Began to charge with refrigerant, plugged unit in, new compressor would not start, only click and go off. Checked and ensured as was flowing through system. Changed start components, no change. Took amp draw on compressor, peaked at 11 amps when attempting to start. Compressor locked up. Reordering compressor.; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor), used 1 W11506635 (Coupler) from stock"

"People wash machine very loud whenever it spins or agitates. I found gear case, has bolt that had come loose causing up and down play in the lower shaft Causing Popping , noises I secured bolt with blue thread lock ran a DLMS calibration cycle. No additional noises or issues. Found unit is operating normally."
