Found no abnormal noises. Freezer and Refrigerator temperature is 0F and 37F. No fault codes present. Checked all functional components operation and found no abnormal noise.

"Found F9 E1 fault, found broken wire in lower wire harness to Drain pump. Replaced the lower wire harness, calibrated and tested washing machine for proper operation. Job is complete."

"Customer complaint is drain hose has pin hole leak. Previous visit in February the discharge hose was not several inches in to the stand pipe and water would leak out on to the wall and floor when washing machine was draining water out. Today I found the drain hose has been rubbing against the washing machine in rear left corner as the drain hose is routed around the left side of washing machine in order to reach the stand pipe for discharge of water. The drain hose is an after market drain hose and not the drain hose part# W11244231 which comes on the machine when purchased, the original drain hose from manufacture is to short for this installation as the stand pipe is on the left side of washing machine on the wall, and not at the rear or the washing machine, I talked with Randy, customer will need to purchase the replacement drain hose needed and replace it. The washing machine was purchased at Loews."

Found a hole in bottom cover and the slide ore through the rotor nd bolt is off. Put the bolt back Needs cover rotor and slider and clutch and stator; ordrng 1 W11260238 (Rotor) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11627512 (Cover) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W11195971 (Stator)
