"Customer states temps too warm in fresh food section, mid 40s, set to 34, freezer temps okay at 0 confirmed issue found thermistor is reading accurately, airflow is proper, did find customer has a piece of insulation to separate oven from fridge which is blocking the positive airflow vent for condensers, spoke with techline to find out of much clearance is needed, explained to customer a half an inch is needed all around the sides of the unit for unit to cool properly.Unit is still under i&i period24198902"
