"Arrived and Customer advised me the unit was not tumbling inspected unit and found motor pulley had broken off causing it to slip the belt off and not tumble, wile changing motor found blower wheel cracked replaced blower wheel,top and control ran unit and machine is now heating and tumbling to manufacture specs ; used 1 WP697772 (BLOWER WHEEL), and 1 279827 (MOTOR) from stock"

"Tested unit and found when running dryer it would start to rattle then once heated up it would vibrate super loud none stop. Checked over rollers and idler finding rollers hanging up and making noise found blower wheel cracked causing it to vibrate. Replaced blower wheel and repair kit lubed all rollers and idler cleaned lint and unit is now running and operating to specs ; used 1 4392067 (DRYER REPAIR KIT), and 1 WP697772 (BLOWER WHEEL) from stock"

"Ran unit and found customer getting a lot of heat in dryer room found venting had been crushed causing it to blow back into machine and over heat, fixed venting and found moisture had gotten into cntrl panel causing to select things on its own also found top not clipping in causing it to rattle and make a lot of noise wile tumbling. Will order parts needed and return, parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W11384513 (Console) and 1 WPW10460919 (Top)"

"Tested unit and found washer would not start a cycle unit would beep and never let any selections happen, ran diagnostics and found errors F5e1 lid switch is up an at fault f2e1 stuck button tried running a self test and unit would just lock and unlock then beep when trying to restart. Tested lock and found lid lock faulty not allowing any selections and starting , replaced lock and unit is now washing and operating to factory specs"
