"Tested washer and found unit had been leaking when customer would ice machine it would not leak when not using. Ran a deep fill and found everything dry no water leaking from washer, canceled unit and found water over flowing from drain pipe on house side customer will need a plumber to fix issue washer is operating to factory specs"

"Checked over unit and found dryer would not complete a drying cycle leaving clothing wet. Ran a timed dry and found unit heating and running normally ran a sensor dry and found heat cycling on once but never again, checked cycling thermostat and found faulty. Replaced thermostat and thermistor ran another cycle and unit is now cycling heat on and off and working to specs ; used 1 WP8577274 (THERMISTOR), and 1 240148 (Thermal cutoff) from stock"

"Tested oven and found unit would not light it would continue to click and shut off, removed covers and found ignitor had pulled away from burner causing it to spark on the bottom no in middle. Fixed ignitor to proper location ran a bake cycle and units is now lighting every time, heated oven to 350 degrees and waited for unit to cycle on and temps are holding and operating to specs"

Installed new main control ran a calibration cycle and Unit is now washing and working to specs
