"Ran washer due to making noise and found when unit would spin or tub would move it would make a clunking ticking noise, checked Gearcase an found shaft wobbling and stator scraping and making noise wile moving. Pulled down stator and rotor and found Gearcase faulty will order new Gearcase,stator,rotor,clutch advised we would call when parts are in for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10915700 (Stator)"

"Ran washer and checked errors found F7e6 motor fault f2e1 stuck key F0e5 off balance load ran a self test cycle and unit would not wash unit would just sit. Checked shifter and cam finding shifter had come loose from cam reattached and secured to stop from moving, leveled unit and recalibrated machine. Ran a spin and a wash cycle all operations are now working to specs"

"Tested unit and found wile running machine unit would start to vibrate and make a loud noise coming from inside, removed front panel and found blower wheel full of lint and causing it to go off balance and make noise, checked blower for cracks and everything looked good. Ran unit and all operations now working to specs"

Installed all new parts and advised customers to give unit 24hrs so temps can regulate advised ice maker may be ok but may have same issue and nothing more that can be done with it all the kits are replaced. Unit is frosting up normally and working to factory specs ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 DA82-01415A DRAIN KIT and 1 DA82-02367A Y CLIP

"Tested unit due to customer hearing a clicking noise coming from upper section of fridge. Went threw unit in diagnostics and could not duplicate the noise, checked compressor and found running and operating perfectly ran defrost and unit is defrosting normally. Advised customer noise have been coming from ice maker dumping ice or damper motor making a little noise all is normal advised if any issue plz call back. Unit is cooling and working to factory specs"

Jimmy is a good service man and worked on my washing machine for a while, but could not find the cause of the problem. The other day I heard an extremely noise that it frightened me. The machine was shaking so much that it moved. I put it on pause as Jimmy suggested to move the clothes but the clothes did not need to be moved. All were in its place.
I am calling today for service again since I cannot have a washing machine that is not working properly.
I would like another service man to come to service the machine. It's like going to two great doctors, but only one diagnosed the illness.
I rated Jimmy a five star because he truly tried to repair the machine and showed interest and was very polite.

Jimmy did a great job. He was very knowledgeable. He fixed my machine. I am very happy with the service and the repair and he couldn’t be nicer but as far as my washing machine breaking within six months a Maytag mind you with a very major piece I am very disappointed. I can’t imagine what’s going to happen after a year of owning This washing machine so I am not very happy with Maytag $2200 in appliances and it breaks within six months whatever happened craftsmanship it has been forgotten
