"Checked over stove and found front left burner not lighting great and middle burner flam low, advised customer left corn burner is a power burner and is sometimes hard to light you need to move the dial slowly for it to light due to the amount of gas coming out, tried multiple times and it is lighting properly. Checked middle Beene and found flam normal and as high as it can go advised I cannot adjust it anymore or the simmer will be gone. Checked over all other operations and unit is working to specs"

Tested unit and found fridge and freezer had stopped cooling and customer was hearing a loud noise coming from unit. Checked cooling and found unit frosted up fully and temps reading correctly cutover had a video of noise and was the unit defrosting and water hitting the heater. Checked entire fridge and rest controls adjusted legs and cleaned out condenser advised unit will defrost every 8-12 hrs and temps will warm up some. All operations are now working to specs
