Customer complaint: All four LED lights flicker when operated on the low light setting. High light setting operates normally. Verified wiring connections are secure. Symptom is isolated to the low-light circuit. Suspect defective light switch/control assembly causing unstable voltage to the LED lamps. Confirmed customer complaint. Found F8E1 fault for long fill. Found the cold water inlet valve is faulty and restricts the water flow incoming. Water valve needs to be replaced. Saved estimate and sent to customer email. Curtis not going with repair. Close ticket job is complete.

"Tested components in diagnostics test. Found water level in reservoir filled to proper level. Circulation pumo was noisy and weak. Replaced the pump, tested regular cycle. Ice freezing, harvest and cutting grid all operating properly, ice is being produced. Job is complete."
