Ck unit upon arrival and found homes is a older home which have a fire place in each room. Fire place in dining room/kitchen is always running measure room temperature and room is 92.8 degrees. Found excessive ice build up between fan blade causing noise. Ice formation is due to the excessive heat in room is causing moisture buildup each time door is open and closed which accumulated in to ice over time inform customer. And defrost all ice and unit is now operating to manufacturers specs
