Checked unit found not spinning with clothes would spin fine in diagnostic mode replaced capacitor tested normal ran spin with some towels normal; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR/INTER COIL) from stock

Checked unit rollers are worn and pulley is screaching belt is slightly worn ordering kit with rollers belt and idler; ordrng 1 Desamkit (Roller kit)

Checked over fridge and found doors had been reversed and left side of gasket was not sealing allowing warm air into unit and moisture building up. Resealed gasket back to normal and sealing I Adjusted gaskets and level unit so door would close properly. Checked cooling and unit is now working to specs

Replaced controls tested operation normal ran diagnostics normal display is working normally ran test cycle normal

Customer complaint is that washer leaks. Inspected and found water drips from dispenser housing. Ordered dispenser housing P&A. ; rqstng P&A on 1 DC97-21472A (Drawer Housing Assy)
