"Installed new Gearcase,drive pulley and agitator wile replacing Gearcase found actuator broken causing the grinding and belt bad replaced both parts and recalibrated. Unit is now operating to manufacture specs ; used 1 W11239857 (BELT), and 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock"

Tested washer and found unit would come on and drain pump would just run continuously. Checked for errors and Found f3e1 pressure sensor fault control board fault. Replaced control under s code parts nd labor ran a calibration and unit is now working to specs

"Found unit had stopped washing and shut down leaving tub full of water disconnects control and drained water, ran unit and found washer would just keep filling and never stop then error out f8e1 long fill, F6e1 communication error ui cannot hear act, f3e2 pressure system fault never advancing in a Cycle. "Checked over fridge and found unit not level and rolling out found they had out a block on the right side wheels witch feel off making unit uneven. I adjusted legs and found unit in need a block on right back side and front cut two blocks to fit and adjusted unit to a level point and so door would close. Showed customer and she was not happy unit had to be blocked up, advised the floor is on a bad tilt causing this issue the only way to make the unit level would be to block it up, customer still does not like the way it has to be leveled I advised again there is no other way even with another fridge design it would still need to be leveled with blocks due to the house flooring. Fridge is level and doors are closing and sealing advised customer on any issues plz contact customer support everything is leveled and operating to manufacture specs"

"Tested washer due to when running wash cycles unit would sometimes go thew and other times would stop at the rinse and error out the shut off. Ran diagnostics and found errors F3e2 pressure system fault, f8e1 long fill checked filling and found unit getting full water pressure screens are clean but unit not filling normally, found valves hangin up and not opening all the way making noise unit needs new housing. Blew threw pressure sensor hose and found clear checked hose connections and found clear, wile running unit would error for pressure system will order new control along with housing.
