I purchased a KitchenAid bottom freezer refrigerator on March 20, 2026. It was delivered on a Thursday I immediately realized that the left side door would not stay open so I called the appliance company that I purchased the refrigerator from the next Monday, and I’ve been chasing it ever since.
Then Jimmy from advantage Appliance repair showed up and fixed it without a problem. I believe he said it was an updated upper hinge that was the problem. He seemed to be a very nice guy, courteous and respectful very patient while explaining to me what the problem was.
Advantage Appliance is fortunate to have a guy like Jimmy out there representing them !

Your technician was great. Very respectful and polite. He had the motor changed out in no time. However, the problem still exists. What should be a simple load of laundry, is more of a headache than anything else. Honestly, getting to the point of just going to the laundromat and dropping it off and picking it up. All this washer does is run up the light bill. I don't blame your technician who came out to replace the motor, as when he ran it the machine didn't do it, but it was empty as well. When I actually did the first actual load of laundry I got the same error, no water detected. Overall, I most likely will not be purchasing a whirlpool product again.
