"Installed all new parts and found oven not lighting but burners still would not light, chcked voltage to spark module and no power traced wires to front burners and found brown wire broken causing issue with no lighting. Fixed wire and unit is now lighting and working to specs"

"Ran unit due to leaking water and found drain pan had water in it and customer left unit the way it was when it leaked checked for water and could not see anything under unit. Ran a wash cycle several times and noticed water would over flow and drop down hinge on left side. Unit will need new hinges, lower seal and sump due to pulsing, advised we would call when parts are in for rerun visit sump was out of stock ; ordrng 1 W11664713 (Seal) and 1 W11766666 (Hinge) and 1 W11766665 (Hinge right) and 1 W11443104 (Sump)"

"Tested dryer due to when running unit would start to make a loud clicking clunking noise coming from rear of unit, wile running heard the noise coming from back of machine traced noise to vent moving wile running and making an odd noise. Adjusted venting to stop noise and unit is now running and operating to factory specs"

"Checked over fridge and found both section not cooling properly found freeze not freezing items, fan is running and blowing a little cold air. Removed evaporator cover and found ice balled up around cap tubing and rest of evaporator warm. Removed ice and found compressor super noisy and gurgling found Freon backing off of evaporator, compressor it super hot to touch and drawing 17 amps. Unit needs new compressor, evaporator,coupler, nitrogen to pump down and remove restriction. Parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W10233960 (Compressor kit) and 1 W10836706 (Evaporator) and 1 W11506635 (Coupler), states that autho needed"

"Tested washer and found once plugged in to power unit would start to run drain pump canceled out cycle and same issue drain pump would run, tested for errors and found F1e1 main cntrl fault f2e1 stuck key f3e1 pressure system fault, main cntl needs to be replaced under s code S153EB covering parts and labor. Recalibrated unit and ran a wash cycle unit is now washing and working to specs"
