Ruben our technician knew exactly how to fix the multiple problems with our Maytag front loader washer and our Maytag front loader dryer. He was very respectful and didn’t waste time like some companies are taught to do so they can bill a bigger bill but not Advantage. Thank you so much they both were great and the tips Ruben our tech told us on what dryer vent we should buy I already purchased and installed the vent. Thank you so much Ruben at Advantage Appliance we will definitely recommend you to all our friends and family.

The best repair man I have ever had!! Knows his work inside and out. Having problems with the spinning cycle. Sounds like a machine gun going off for 5 minutes or more!!! Can hear it one fight up. Not acceptable at all. I want a new machine before this one blows up!!!!! Pass this on to a Manager or someone higher up please. Not happy at all.!!!! Susan Vitelli 860-306-4595. Chuck says that’s how they are now but this is unacceptable Thank you for your attention and Chuck for being so helpful and understanding.
