Checked and found magnetron shorted and diode burnt and arching. Needs magnetron and diode. Quoted customer for repair and saved estimate. Customer declined repair and said he would replace unit. Collected for service call on cc.

"Tested and ran dishwasher, no leaks found. Customer had pictures of issue. Pictures showed leak at center bottom of door. Checked lower seal, no visible damage. Ordered seal and will replace both parts on return. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 8/1 AM ; ordrng 1 W11252794 (Seal), dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11498831 GASKET"

"Confirmed broken filter housing door. Removed and replaced housing. Installed filter, turned water back on. Tested and checked for leaks, none. Filter housing and door operating properly."

"Checked and found unit operating properly at time of visit. Customer says that unit doesnt defrost correctly and evaporator ices over. Parts sent are not the correct parts. Removed harness and ohm wires, all test good. Found defrost heater does not ohm out correctly. Reordering correct parts and defrost heater assembly. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 7/22 AM ; ordrng 1 W11546690 (Control) and 1 W11650661 (Heater/Harness assembly)"

Checked and took pictures of areas customer pointed out. Explained the this is normal wear and not affecting microwave operation. Called tech line spoke to Brandon SR# 7739513341 he said that another service company had been out for the same issue in June and that the recommendation would be to use touch up paint. Customer says she is going to contact builder.
