On arrival I installed all parts and found that new motor made the same noise and quit working after 5 seconds. Isolated motor from other components to make sure noise is coming from motor and it for sure is. Ordering another motor and blower wheel for repair. Please let customer know when we can return.; ordrng 1 WPW10396039 (Motor) and 1 W10801999 (Blower)

I’m honestly surprised how unprofessional, rushed, and frustrated the tech was that was replacing the control panel on my oven. First of all, the time frame to wait was between 12 and 5pm. I reached out twice to find out what was going on and got a text that he should be arriving soon. He didn’t arrive until 5:20pm. Now, I realize it’s a busy time and we waited all afternoon so another 20 min isn’t a big deal in the grand scheme, but I was frustrated with the lack of communication. When he got here, he rushed into my home, didn’t put protective covers over his shoes (I have small children and I don’t appreciate anyone’s dirty shoes on my floor). He was very careful with the oven door, thankfully, but in order to properly replace the panel, the oven should have been removed from the wall. He spent, at most, 10 minutes huffing and sighing in frustration as he was forcing the replacement piece into the space. After the tech left, my husband noticed errors immediately. The bolts were crooked and the side panels were not put back the way they were supposed to be. My husband then spent the next 20 min fixing what the tech should have taken his time to do in the first place. I understand people have a hard day and rushing to complete work, but that’s no excuse to be rude and half ass a job you’re there to complete in the first place. I hope the tech (if this even gets back to him) can reflect and improve his attitude and work ethic if he plans to remain in this clearly demanding job. Thanks.

Mitch installed and replaced the filter “door” and inserted a new filter. Also adjusted the rubber insulating gasket around the FREEZER door. The filter “door” is in place and working well. However, there is still frost forming on the inside of our freezer. Indicating some type of malfunction with the seal of the freezer door.
