Wasnt able to repair unit due to heavily infestation and customer decided not to work on it. Customer mentioned of a foul smell from inside too. Mentioned to the customer that we cannot service the unit under this condition Called office to do the refund necessary for the customer. Office will contact customer after all is arranged. Talked to Randy about the situation and will work on this issue.

Found unit has a bad main control. Error code F0E1 indicating a bad main board. Quoted $329.99 plus tax for new control and $239 labor charge. Customer will call if repair is needed
