"Arrived and contacted tech support, after reviewing notes and doing some tests they deemed unit unrepairable. Provided customer with SR #7740571375 and advised they contact whirlpool customer support."

Complaint that the dishwasher is not washing properly. Found error codes F9E1 and F7E1. Replaced wash pump and ran two diagnostic cycles and all working normal. No leaks detected.

"Cs had electrician come out and said everything is correct, that nuetral and ground will have connectivity.Prior work:Original issue display went out, console ordered. defective and found control had corrosion.Control and console replaced.Couple days later we returned for f9e0 error. wiring was found to be correct and tech also got a F1e1 error.Control replaced for 2nd time, received f9e0 in testing, tech line was called and was told to replace control, maybe incorrect part.Control replaced for third time.Previous f9e0 looked to have come up when in bake, this call had it occurring when burners used. Spark module ordered and installed following visit, but gave f9e0 when testing bake. Found connectivity between ground and neutral.Cs had an electrician verify wired correctly and that neutral and ground should have connectivity, cs says burner use causing f9e0.On arrival today verified unit is showing f9e0, that there is connectivity on neutral to ground and compiled history together.Called techline. Gave full history, tried going in/out of demo mode. Tried reversing l1-l2, voltages verified at terminal. Voltages verified at control. Warmer my drawer element verified at 11ohms. Broil at 16ohm, convection at 18, 17 on bake.Has nothing else other than replacing control again.St7740571375Spoke with Randy at office, with issues started by after initial repair of f9e0 he would replace Main wire harness and ui harness, no additional labor, just part.Also verified cooling, convection fan and light operation; ordrng 1 W11176109 (Display harness) and 1 W10580314 (Main harness) and 1 2xtime (2x time)"

Arrived to see the F9E0 error code. After verifying and found error code would come up when the burners was set to ignite. Found middle burner triggering the error code. Call office for assistance with part and update to findings. Will order spark module. ; ordrng 1 WPw10475149 (Spark Module)

Replaced control board and ran a bake and broil cycle to 250* then to 350* then let it cool down and all working normal no error codes present.

"Arrived and installed ACU, powered on unit and began a bake cycle. About 1 min into cycle error code F9E0 (unit miswired) occurred. Contacted tech support and we confirmed bake, broil and convection elements are fully functional and thermal fuse is closed. Tech assist advised that the control boards thus far may be the incorrect ones despite the part number being accurate for whats needed. May be a boxing issue at the parts distributor, contacted our parts department and informed. Cycled power and started another bake cycle, let it heat to 350? then cool off until cooling fan deactivated. Then started another bake and no error code occurred. Should we return have another ACU/control board on hand. SR #7740571375"

Upon arrival that customer mentioned that the range was unplugged because of an error code. Plugged on unit and found error code F9E0. Verified and wiring is correct. Ran a bake cycle and let it cool. Found all working properly but after it cooled down error code F1E1 came up. Bad control. Will order new one again. ; ordrng 1 W11099784 (Control Board)

Replaced all parts and ran diagnostic tests and all working normal.1yr warranty on parts and labor. Cleared out all past error odes and no codes present.

"New console defective, glue leaked out between touch panel and console, took photos, returning part to office. Also does not include display, which is the failure.Not finding 5vdc on p9 1-2, main control has some corrosion, took photo. P9 connector also had a little corrosion but connectivity checks fine on meter.Quoting for main control, display, taking off console, leaves a balance of387.90 if both needed ( will install control first); ordrng 1 W11099784 (Control) and 1 W10909684 (Display)"
