Lee was very professional and ultimately fixed the machine. Unfortunately, first diagnosed with needing an actuator. The first serviceman diagnosed the need for an actuator and a new motor. Lee installed them but then discovered the need for a cable assembly as one of the wires had insulation missing. He had to return a second time to install the cable. In all 3 visits.
