"Customer states unit gives error message 8-4 and keeps drainingConfirmed complaint, found water leaking from door gasket, gasket not seated properly. Reseated gasket and tested, found no leak.Did find that customer shut off for water has slow drip, advised customer of my findings and had them sign waiver for when working with water."

Complaint that the washer is leaking water when. The valve is on. Found bad water valve on the washer side. Replaced part and no more leaks. Unit under warranty when customer call in. End of warranty 09/15/24.; used 1 W11210459 (VALVE(USE ORIGINAL HARNESS)) from stock

"Complaint washer not starting the actuator is defective and the cam is not shifts its jammed. Replaced parts tested all ok ; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT) from stock"

Complaint that the washer is not cycling correctly. Found no model and serial number tag on the washer. Customer will call Whirlpool to see if this issue can be resolved because they have warranty on it because it was purchased in November 2023. Found broken harness wire. Collected trip fee.
