Lee was excellent and professionally. However, I would not recommend Advantage Appliance. It took numerous phone calls after they cancelled appointments and excuses to fix a 4 week old washer under warranty. I had to contact the machine’s manufacturer for intercession.
Dear Maryann, thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with scheduling and servicing your washer. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will strive to improve our communication and service going forward. Thank you for choosing Advantage Appliance Repair Inc.
