Replaced part and ice maker turned normal. Ran fill test and all working good. Ran ice maker test and all normal. 1yr warranty on parts and labor.

Complaint that the clothes are not wringing out properly. Found no issues with the spin side. Mentioned to the customer to verify venting on the dryer that can compromise the laundry time.

Complaint that in times the washer would not wring out nor spin the clothes dry but the majority it would run normal. Found that some settings had the spin on the off. Mentioned to the customer how to set the spin and to keep an eye on this part. Ran three diagnostic cycle and all working normal. No issues found with the spin cycle.

Complaint that the ice maker is not working properly. Found IM tray stuck on the down position and would cycle. Good water flow on the dispenser. Quoted parts and labor. Collected in full. ; ordrng 1 W11557002 (Ice Maker Kit)

Complaint that the ice maker water dispenser freezes up. Ran all tests and all sensors are normal. Customer had the IM replaced before and its working fine and damper is working fine. Found issue with the water boot. Mentioned to the customer to clean out boot periodically. Collected trip fee.
