Complaint that the IM is not working. Found ice cubes not releasing from the ice tray and motor is stuck. Will order new IM. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11565638 (Ice Maker Kit)

Complaint that the unit stop cooling again. Found evaporator fan not running. Found ice buildup in the thermistor but all came back on to normal. Ruled out the possibility of a bad control board. Customer prefers to see how it runs now that the ice buildup melted on its own. Ran all diagnostics again and all tested normal. Tried looking for the control board for this model but found none available. Will need to verify with the office if theres available part.

Complaint that the unit is not cooling properly in the fresh food section. Ran diagnostic test and did a hard reset. Ran all fans and compressor and all working normal. No issues found with the cooling. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on the cooling for the next few days. Within 7 days well waive the trip fee into labor.
