Ck unit upon arrival and found unit full with water. Water been sitting in drum for 3 plus days. Found no voltage going to drain pump. Control for unit is Discontinued. Submitted for Authorization per office inform customer he should contact his warranty ; ordrng 1 W10780062 (Harness) and 1 Wpw10581874 (Drain pump) and 1 W10812415 (Control)

Ck unit upon arrival burnt mark customer is referring to is discoloration on the vent from where heat comes from. Thats normal ran cycle and found heater running and shutting down and coming back on unit is operating to normal manufacturers specs

Ck unit upon arrival and found noise coming from unit also watch video customer recorded. Noise customer is talking about is rotor sliding off stator due to missing screw that support rotor into stator. Found screw underneath unit and use blue lock tight and secure screw back in place and calibrate and basket in spinning normal without noise
