"Tested unit and found when running dispenser unit would bang when letting off paddle, checked noise and found coming from waterlines on back of unit and inside coil. Tested water pressure and found super high pressure causing unit to bang, adjusted water flow pressure and turned down to slow done water and this helped and stopped the noise. Advised water pressure is high causing issue and they will need to add a water arrester to help the water line will make noise when letting go of dispenser this is normal its just movement in the lines. Checked cooling and all other operations, unit is working to specs"

"Complaint of F2e1 error codes, verified in diagnostics. Replaced u/i console. Tested each key and all responded properly, control board is not show any corrosion and ribbon cable looks fine/undamaged."

Checked over unit and found ice container cracked causing ice to fall out and never dispense. Unit will need new ice bin will order and return ; ordrng 1 WPW10558424 (Ice container)

"Checked over unit and found door not Closing due to bottom part of door had broken off not holding it together anymore, unit is going to need door assembly replaced advised I would order it and we would call when parts are in due to out of stock. Taped door for customer so they can close it for now. Will order new door ; ordrng 1 W11752345 (Door black)"

"Installed new suspension and ran unit threw a calibration cycle, unit is now spinning out normally. Ran a drain and spin and washer is now spinning even and working to manufacture specs."
