"Ran washer threw a test cycle and checked for errors found F2e3 switch mismatched error, ran a test cycle and unit went thew normally cleared errors and recalibrated machine. Ran a wash cycle and found tub hitting the ground due to legs not high enough this caused tub to bang and unit to not spin out. Leveled unit and machine is now washing and spinning properly"

Tested washer and found unit would make a lot of noise when filling advised customer unit will cycle from hot to cold causing a banging in the water lines if they out hammer arrestors on the water inlet hoses this will stop most of the noise when switching filling. Ran a test cycle and checked for errors no codes ran a calibration cycle and unit is functioning to proper specs

"Checked over dryer and found door not closing and when closing it would pop open when running. Found hinges loose causing door to sit on an angle and not latch, adjusted hinges and door is now closing and working to specs"

"Checked over unit and found filter stuck in housing and customer could not remove it, checked filter and found filter head had come out of housing and was super tight to turn, finally removed filter and found o rings stoping it from turning. Added grease to filter housing and new filter is now going on and coming off as it should. Leveled unit for customer and all operations are now working to specs ; used 1 542638 (Grease) from stock"

"Ran unit and found washer would start a cycle then shut down, ran diagnostics and found error F8e1 long fill checked filling and unit cold water inlet not filling water just dripping in. Removed screen and found plugged cleaned and unit is now filling but not advancing in a wash cycle. Checked actuator and found arm had come out of cam, reattached and unit is now cycling and washing properly"
