"Ran unit and found washer would not start it would come on and sit on sensing cycle then go to done never washing or doing anything. Ran a diagnostics cycle and found no errors. Ohmed out drain pump wires and found blue wire on pump not crimped anymore causing poor connection, fixed wire and ran a drain and spin finding actuator not advancing shut machine to done. Replaced actuator and unit is now running and operating to specs ; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock"

"Checked over unit and found front right burner not operating and a big crack down the center of glass. Tested burner and found switch getting voltage but no power coming out, found burner shorted in center not allowing it to heat up. Unit will need new switch,rt front burner and glass, will need extra time cooktop is in a super tight spot to remove and its been in the spot for 20 years. Glass top is discontinued, parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W10823699 (Rf burner) and 1 4455568 (Cooktop glass DISCONTINUING) and 1 WP3191049 (Switch), states that autho needed"

"Tested washer and found unit would not drain all the water from tub and it would leave clothes wet at end of cycle, ran diagnostics and found errors F8e1 F0e3 f5e3 F5e2 f0e2 ran a tested cycle and found drain pump not pumping fast, found drain hose falling down and crimping hose used zip tie to stop checked drain pump and found impeller weak and screen blocked. Replaced drain pump assembly and unit is now pumping and spinning out clothes properly."

"Checked over unit and found dishwasher had starting giving off a burning smell and not washing, found filter inside sump had broke causing it to jam the motor and make a burning smell, spoke with safety and advised issue, unit will need new sump assembly quoted customer for parts and labor they will hold off and let us know"

"Tested unit and found washer would stay running until unplugged, ran diagnostics and found F3e1 pressure system fault this is causing drain pump to run continuously board is faulty. Replaced control under s code parts and labor recalibrated unit and ran a wash cycle, all operations are now working to specs"
