"Complaint customer states h2o error will come up. Will have to unplug about 4 times then it will run a cycle. But the next cycle will give the error. On arrival the unit was finishing up a cycle with 11 minutes left, waited for the cycle to complete to start another. Checked fill hoses and water valve. No problems found. Started the cycle, no error code. Ran the full wash filled and agitated. Drained. Went into rinse, filled and agitated. Drained and spun. No error codes present. Tested ok."

"Complaint unit did not complete cycle the clothes were very wet as if not spun out and then the washer was displaying supply h2o. Checked the water supply is in, drain hose was in the stand pipe too far, pulled it back up some. Upon opening the lid the h2o message disappeared, put unit into a drain and spin and it was banging the sides not balanced. Front suspension is very bouncy. Adjusted the load in washer and went into a spin normally. Order suspension rods. ; ordrng 1 WH03X35580 (Suspension rods)"
