Return to install parts ordered installed hinge and hinge part door now closing properly verified proper operation

Return to install control board and panel installed panel and control board plugging in all functions not working and semester is no longer showing as short. Verified proper operation.

"Customers complained unit not cooling ref section. Fan noises, extended freeze staying on on door panel and freeze working but says top section not freezing things. Found freezer was set to 5? one bottom self items weee 6? and top shelf items were 10-12? thermistors reading proper temps, ordering control board. Also ordering red panel w fan, unit is freezing up in ref section and fan damaged . Schedule return call for 8-20-24am. ; ordrng 1 W11610999 (Panel w/fan.) and 1 W11664342 (Control board)"
