They communicated very well by text and email my repair had been scheduled with details about the date & time. I like the repair person was on time. They are good to contact you by your preference a phone call with estimated arrival time. It was simple a small clear container was lodged under the bottom blade and I could not see it. He removed it & ran a test to make sure the adjustment to the blade was accurate. There was no more leaking water under the bottom of the door. I was so satisfied!

They are very good at their job. I’ve had some tricky problems with my appliances that I couldn’t figure out. They were able to accurately diagnose and fix each of them.
