"Customer complained unit not washing, filled up and made noise and wouldnt agitate. Ran service diagnostic and found only out of balance load error stored. Ran service mode and all functions working. Ran quick wash and unit filled with water and started washing. Informed customer unit could also be hitting drain line on drain pan j dear unit. Drain pan was broke and out of place. Customer was putting new pan in. Verified proper operation."

Customer complained dishes arent getting water to them. No wash. Ran unit and unit filled with water and sump didnt turn on. When taking unit out unit was incredibly tight and left side cabinets were loose. Took picture. Found power to sump but sump not energizing. Needs sump . "Cx complaint that the unit is not drying the clothes. I inspected the unit to co the complaint. I found the unit heats, tumbles but has poor airflow. The dryer is too close to the wall not letting the unit duct push the air and lint out. I pulled the dry out a few inches and tested the unit for the cx. It now has good airflow. The unit is working as designed."

"Returned to install inner drum. Checked and no damage to drum, installed part. Ran calibration and then ran high speed spin, unit not shaking like previous drum in high speed spin.
