"Tested unit and found freezer section warm and not freezing items, found no frost pattern on evaporator and compressor hot to touch. Cut out drier and found all Freon stuck on one side of unit causing an overload and to kick off and not cool. Pumped unit down and sweep charged replaced drier and process stub refilled with proper charge and unit is now holding correct pressures and frost pattern of full. Advised customer to give unit 24 hrs and watch to make sure its freezing ; used 1 W11109499 (FILTER DRIER-TUBE R600a), and 1 W11506635 (COUPLER 6 NF MS SV PROCESS T) from stock"

"Tested washer due to when unit would get to the drain cycle it would stop and never spin out, checked for errors and found F9e1 long drain. Ran a diagnostics cycle and unit went thew normally ran a quick wash and let unit run finding it going threw each cycle properly once it ramped up in a spin the drain pump would cut in and out. Checked pump connections and found black wire to molex had not been crimped to terminal properly causing poor connection. Crimped in new connection and unit is now operating to specs"

Ck unit upon arrival per customer unit is freezing on top shelf in refrigerator compartment inform customer top shelf in fresh food compartment is the coldest section in the refrigerator due to the supply vent of which all the cold air from the freezer compartment. Inform customer to be mind full of what food products is being place on the top shelf

Ck unit upon arrival and advance unit through cycle check voltage and found voltage at broil element but no voltage at bake element order parts for replacement office will call customer when parts arrive ; ordrng 1 W11598459 (Control)

Ck unit upon arrival and found door clicking each time door open and close. Remove and found internal portion of door hinge damage on door. Order door with closure and gasket thats rip for replacement customer will contact office once she received door ; ordrng 1 W11435333 (Right door) and 1 Wp12028505ap (Closure) and 1 W11223753 (Name plate) and 1 W10830162 (Gasket right)

"Tested unit due to dryer would not dry clothes fully this would not happen all the time, checked venting and found vent is short and new checked outside cap and air is blowing strong. Ran unit thew a diagnostics cycle and found 240v to terminal block 120v to each side of heater checked for errors and found F4e3 restricted air flow, f2e1 stuck key checked venting and found lint screen housing blocked with lint causing poor air flow noticed lint seemed to be from slot of moisture collecting in unit, cleaned housing and ran unit thew a sensing cycling vent came back with good flow was coming back with AF AIR flow issue. Let unit run and all operations are now working to specs"

"Tested oven and found customer had ran a self Clean on lower oven and the door locked and never opened again, checked issue and found door locking and not unlocking but control saying it is unlocked, ran a diagnostics cycle and found no errors cycled on self clean cycle and unit would come on and lock the door then unlock and state the door is not locked but it is. Checked power from control to lock and found 120v going to lock but control not supplying power to unlock door latch unit is going to need new control to fix issue, advised customer control is no longer available also door lock is no longer available I jammed the door latch in the open position so customer can use oven just cant use a self clean for now they will have to replace oven"

"Checked over unit and found customer had work up in morning and fridge was warm and not running, plugged unit back in and found when calling for compressor it would never come on, checked ptc relay and found blue wire had been eaten and cut by mice causing no power to unit. Fixed broken wire and plugged unit back in, compressor came right on and started to pull heat, checked evaporator and unit is frosting up and now cooling advised customer to give unit 24hrs so temps can regulate ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 876765 TUBING KIT and 1 W11506635 COUPLER 6 NF MS SV"
