I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The units element is still not cycling on and off on all temp settings. The element just continually stays on the unit needs a new control board. The cx wants a refund for this repair. I removed the ordered parts and put them back in my parts bin.; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 WP8577274 THERMISTOR

I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. However I noticed the water valve continues to leaks whether the unit is on or off. I found the cold side of the valve to be leaking. The unit needs a new water valve as well. Im ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11513255 (Water valve)

"Cx complaint that the unit is still getting too hot. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I tried to turn on the unit, I found the thermal fuse blew again. I replaced the thermal fuse with one from TS. The unit now heats again. The element rarely cycles elven on extra low heat. New TCO fuse and thermistor and needed to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair. I collected the payment in full by CC.; ordrng 1 WP8577274 (Thermistor) and 1 280148 (TCO kit), used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not completing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f7e4 f6e3 f2e1. I checked the slider and found the slider magnet came out of place. I replaced the slider with one from TS and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is had trouble starting a normal cycle, it took 2 attempts to fill with water. I ran a manual water valve test, both cold and hot worked fine. Im ordering a new control board to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 W11614514 (Control board)"

The tech came out and ordered the parts he believe was needed. A week later came back and only replaced some of the parts. He said wait 24 hours. The fridge was not fixed, it’s still not Cole… and we were told the ticket was already closed. We are now going on one month without a fridge. We called your office and the lady refused to help unless we opened a new ticket. She was like a robot and kept saying we can’t talk to anyone without a new ticket. There was no care if you actually fix the issue. The team lacks competence to identify the issue, and your company lacks the capacity to ensure the issue is resolved.

Rob was great and was able to adjust the warming drawer in our new Kitchen Aid range so that it doesn’t drag on the floor. He has a good sense of humor and we had fun with him!
