Complaint unit is not cooling in fridge or freezer. Found the unit not defrosting. In test mode defrost sensor tested fine. Was able to get the unit to defrost manually through diagnostic test on board. Needs new control board. Per closing doc closed 7/7/23 advised to shut fridge off 24 hours prior to repair to defrost the coils. ; ordrng 1 W11518204 (Ui control) and 1 W11566891 (Main control) and 1 W11650661 (Heater)

"Cx complaint that the unit does not start the cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and started a normal cycle. The cycles progressed fine with no issues. The cx was not aware of the 2 step process, the start button needs to be pressed while the sensing light blinks to start cycles. I demonstrated this process multiple times for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

The tech came out and ordered the parts he believe was needed. A week later came back and only replaced some of the parts. He said wait 24 hours. The fridge was not fixed, it’s still not Cole… and we were told the ticket was already closed. We are now going on one month without a fridge. We called your office and the lady refused to help unless we opened a new ticket. She was like a robot and kept saying we can’t talk to anyone without a new ticket. There was no care if you actually fix the issue. The team lacks competence to identify the issue, and your company lacks the capacity to ensure the issue is resolved.
