I tried to address this issue three times but every time I had your rep state he/she would have someone call me. One of the times a Mike from Boston called and said he had no authority to address my concern and would have someone in the Charlotte office call which never happened. My issue is this repair was a very simple pull out an old ice maker and installing a new one (when I initially made the appointment, I knew the issue and even provided the Whirlpool part number for the ice maker and confirmed the service guy would have it on the truck to avoid a second trip out to my place) which took 10 minutes and I was charged $249.00 labor. I was taken back with this charge especially since I was told the $129 trip charge would be waived if I had the service. This was not a complicated ice maker repair or replacement like on some LG, Samsung, or Subzero refrigerators, this was a very simple 3 bolt pull and replace job needing less than 10 minutes. I have had your company do other repairs in our rental properties and this one is way out of line with what could objectively be considered fair pricing. I am asking the labor charge be adjusted downward to a reasonable rate for this job. I was expecting about $150 -$175. Please Johnny, call me to discuss. Thank you, Scott Lee 704-877-4272
