"Unit was jammed with door slightly open and compactor down. Found mouse had lived on n motor area, cleaned out. When jumped drawer switch I was able to get unit to rise. After that the unit operated as normal. Unit is loud, drawer quite wobbly, but is 35 years old. Explained to customers very few parts available if it fails, but as of right now it is working."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Cs is have no issue starting unit. Pressing start she cannot get it to start. In testing it starts for me each time, but I am pressing had and she cannot press as hard. Will order a new interface as I cannot say if is harder to start then others of same model.
