Complaint that the washer leaked water and flooded the basement. Verified the unit thoroughly. Pressure hose was intact and clear from any debris. Removed back panel to access and tub not cracked nor leaking. Drainage and pump not leaking. Ran three diagnostic cycles and water valves not leaking. Ran a quick cycle and tub wouldnt stop filling. It reached a few inches from the top of the tub which is not normal and was tested on the auto fill setting and not the deep fill. When running a quick cycle I let it cycle through the wash til it came to the rinse. The drain activated but there was too much water in the tub that only drained half of the tub and rinse kept filling and I had to cancel the wash cycle. Bad control board ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11498797 (Control Board) and 1 W11233718 (Lower Harness Wire)

Replaced all parts and washer running normal. ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10919003 DRAIN PUMP

Replaced part and doors shutting properly. 1yr warranty on parts and labor. Please send customer a hard copy of the receipt to the home.

Replaced glass door front and unit working normal.
