Complaint that the washer is not cycling properly. Found error code F7E1 bad actuator. Replaced part and washer running normal. ; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock

Safety Verification. Complaint that the washer stays on the draining side and wont stop. Found error code F1E1 and F3E1. Found bad control board and pressure switch issues. Quoted parts and labor. Customer will think about fixing it and will get back to us. Safety Call no trip fee.

Complaint that the refrigerator was getting too warm at times. Found no issues with the unit. Compressor running good and no problem with the cooling. Heating element is working fine. Customer mentioned that they had to clean the bottom and since then its been running fine. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on it for the next few days.

Complaint that the refrigerator is icing up in the freezer side. Found doors not sliding smoothly. Found frost all over the walls in the freezer. Thermistor had ice buildup and was cleared out. Greased the rails so doors would make a proper seal. Customer mentioned that they had a power outage not too long ago and the issue started building up since then. Cleared all ice and all components are running normal. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on the unit for the next few days. Fresh food section has no issues.

Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling on both sides. Verified all fans are working normal. Found after 15min. no cooling and compressor is running. Sealed system issues on this unit.
