Replaced all parts and ran two diagnostic and a calibration cycle. All working normal.

Complaint that the washer is making a grinding noise when in use. Found error codes F6E3. Found heavy grinding and knocking noises. Found rotor screw came off affecting the motors and gear case. Arrived and found no power coming from ACU to drain pump on J6 between black w/ W tracer & lt.blue. Ordering ACU. ; ordrng 1 W11735316 (ACU)
