I cannot say enough about the technicians that came to my home. They were the absolute best. They arrived on time, and explained everything.
The only reason for four stars had nothing to do with the technicians. This appliance company requires them to leave behind the enormous box with the old cooktop in it. I would have been happy to dispose of the large box, but I was also left with the old cooktop they replaced. When I called advantage appliance repair. They told me it was their policy, and the technicians could not take the old cooktop and box. It was my responsibility to dispose of this. First of all, it would’ve been nice to know that beforehand and second of all how do you dispose of an old cooktop?
Way too much work.
I would not use this company again solely for that reason and it’s sad because their technicians were five star all day long
