Complaint not filling with water properly not dissolving detergent. Customer comparing unit to their old unit they had for over 20 years and their daughters that has an actual agitator in it. I founds video that the clothing was floating and not being agitated around. I suspect probably an out of balance issue. to cause the laundry to float in customers video that they had. I started a load of towels for customer. Could not find any error codes or fault in diagnostics history. I performed a calibration procedure no abnormal noises heard either.
