Complaint notice a gap in the gasket wasnt sure if its ceiling properly. Gaskets are foam glued in place gaskets will not remove easily gaps on the outer edges on normal cannot pull or push in any further no frost or condensation forming inside a fresh food section no icicles forming in freezer no heavy frost forming inside of freezer either. No cooling issues foundunit set to second warmest setting it can be in fresh food section on top shelf is 40?. Freezer ice cream as hard as a rock.

Complaint made ice for a couple of days and then stopped making ice again. I found icemakers bone dry again. Fill tube was not frozen upon arrival but was empty. I cycled icemaker. I cycled power first and icemaker filled with water properly. Im ordering a water inlet valve and a heater heater just to be safe ; ordrng 1 W11087201 (Heater) and 1 W11482383 (Valve)

Complaint washer is not turning on full of water as well. I found unit is a new build construction area I found drain pump molex connector had come unplugged probably due to install. I plugged molex back into drain pump no additional issues found with washer at this time performed a calibration procedure cleared error. Codes performed a quick wash cycle. Everything is working upon departure.

"Complaint prior to a few days ago refrigerator would display P0 error code and it would chime nonstop day and night directly after coming back from vacation. I suspect evaporator fan motor is the cause of the power outage failure. Customer stated they turned off the power for one minute and have not noticed issue reoccurring since. I am going to order evaporator fan motor as a precaution as there is evidence of evaporator being frozen still evaporator may have to defrost evaporator if issue continues to occur but as of right now, unit is defrosting itself. I did place unit into manual defrost mode every eight hours test number seven turning off adaptive defrost control.; ordrng 1 W11578030 (Evap fan mtr)"

"Complaint washing machine started producing a burning smell over the weekend. I called Whirlpool first before replacing any parts 7739826949 file number Whirlpool advising me to replace inner tub assembly and splutch cam kit along with gear case Whirlpool wanted me to leave gearcase with customer. order new splutch cam . Whirlpool says customer may be able to still use quickwash cycle only but if customer starts smelling a burning smell customer to unplug washing machine and discontinue usage per manufacture. tub will be shipped directly to customers home customer to call us when part arrives after customer inspects.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Clutch pulley assembly) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11219115 (Tub inner), dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11449840 GEARCASE"
