They are going to replace entire unit due to choking hazard of plastics that was in ice. "Complaint suspect washing machine is leaking as there will be a small puddle of water on the front right of the washing machine. I found no water lines in the front right I filled tub all the way full of water I did not find drain backing up could not find any evidence of water in any of the legs while testing. Everything was working properly no leakage found I placed paper towels all over unit and underneath unit as a precaution and case it leaks again, we will know exactly, where unit would be leaking from based on paper towels. Could not duplicate complaint or leakage of any kind. at this time from washing machine."

Complaint washing machine wont do anything but displays F9 E1. I found error codes in fault history F9e1 f0e2 f0e1 f5e2 f8e1 I cleared all error codes. I replaced drain pump as it would not drain tested all operations ran unit through a diagnostic cycle. Everything is functioning and working properly. No further issues found with washing machine at this time. No leakage occurring either.
