"Complaint will not power on at all will not do anything no noises. I found unit to appliance I found after leaving unit unplugged. I was able to get it to power on. I found relay on main control going to motor main drive motor is halfway stuck causing motor to hum buzz and overheat, causing a burning smell to occur. Complaint left side door closes by itself. Where is right hand door does not. I found customers complaint is true. Issue is caused by the waterlines and harness flexing creating spring effect allowing door to close by itself partway never closes fully and the lack thereof of a cam mechanism at the bottom of the door unit is designed this way by the factory. cannot adjust or change anything that would prevent or fix customers issue.

"Complaint washing machine touch buttons dont work all the time intermittently will work usually, if the washing machine has been sitting for a long enough period of time they will work to start the machine. I found touch buttons have corrosion on solder joints, area, and electrical connectors. I replaced touch button assembly tested touch button assembly. Everything is working. Customer also tried it and it is working with no further issues reported by customer at this time."

The technician was polite and efficient. He went into great detail to help me understand what the problem was and how to get it fixed. He showed me why the problem was the outlet and not the dryer. I’ve already had the outlet replace and the dryer is working the it should. We can now dry our clothes the way we should. Thank you very much.
