Complaint screen goes blank unit produces a humming noise that will not stop. I found error codes F3e1 FHE1F9E1. I found water hazard error codes. Verified customer is getting proper water pressure washing machine issue is control board related in nature. All functions of the washing machine are working properly as of right now. Complaint dishwasher door falling door is very heavy I found spring has come undone I adjusted and repaired spring latch assembly I tested operations no further issues reported by customer.

Found tub barely turning and the stator motor not responding. Also found splines wore down on clutch gonna replace as well. Customer stated with 2 medium size potatoes it takes 2 hours or more at 425 degrees for them to be done. I have set the oven to 350 degrees and gonna do a temp check when its pre heated. Took temp of oven after it beeped and it was about 370 degrees. I bumped desired temp up to 425 degrees and when it beeped I took temp check and it was at 385 to 390. There is no way to calibrate this oven per owners manual. Will need a new oven sensor.
