Replaced all parts and unit running normal. Ran heating element on diagnostic and ran good. Drained out the unit and replaced both boards. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on the unit for the next few days.

Complaint that the fresh food section is not cooling properly. Found ice buildup in the drainage for the fresh food section and heating element not work do to no voltage readings when doing a FF. Will order control board heating element as backup and drain tube. Will need a 2x Frame Job doors must be taken off to disassemble all shelves.; ordrng 1 W11252097 (Drain Extension) and 1 W11533212 (Control Board) and 1 W11291124 (Heating Element) and 1 2xFrameJob (2x Frame Job)
