"Installed new parts. Ran service cycle. Noise reoccurred. Loud screeching noise that is not normal operating sounds,. Unit has been worked on several times in a short timeframe. All major components have been replaced several times and issue is still present. "SR#7740407626. Documented with Techline. Techline advised customer to call into customer support, provided info to customer. Didnt realize until after SR was provided that serial number on unit the last digit is incorrect from whats on the ticket. When I contacted Techline and provided the info off the ticket Techline knew the customers name and home address."

Drain hose is connected to garbage disposal. Cx will have to remove knockout from disposal for water to drain. Unit working as designed.

Observed leak coming from heater element. Referenced service pointer w11540964. Tested unit. Working as designed.; used 1 W11537778 (HEATER W/NUTS) from stock

"Warranty verified by model and serial number thru entitlement. Cx stated he smelled gas when using oven. I could not verify complaint and instructed cx to follow his owners manual when it instructs cx to contact their own gas company to detect a leak. Cx stated temp was not correct. I asked him how does he know, he stated he used his own thermometer to check temperature. I informed him it states in cx guide specifically not to use your own thermometer. He then stated it takes longer to cook. I also informed him it specifically states this range may take longer to cook than previously owned ovens so its up to the customer to adjust times or temperatures accordingly to their own personal liking. I checked error codes. Got error code f2e1. Ordering new keypad panel.; ordrng 1 W11029431 (User interface)"

Complaint loud noise and leaking on the floor in the summertime. I found air-conditioning vent blowing directly on dryer. Could be causing unit to become a dehumidifier in the summertime in humid wet North Carolina air allowing dryer to leak. No evidence of water on the floor that I could find no evidence of dryer leaking at this time I did find cause of customers noise is a split broken defective blower wheel. Blower wheel is seized free spinning from motor shaft unit will need motor and blower wheel to repair will need to break blower wheel by hammering it off and splitting it to replace. ; ordrng 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel) and 1 W11549461 (Motor)

Complaint dryer doesnt start. Tested door switch is good. Checked heater not shorted. Hi limit is good. Thermal fuse is open. Replaced fuse. Tested ok. Advised customer to clean the venting to the outside of this will continue to happen. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock
