"Tested dryer and found unit would run but not heat, tested voltage at terminal block and 240v present 120v on each leg, removed rear cover and checked heater and thermal fuses finding heater bad and thermal fuse bad. Relived heater and fuse ran a cycle and unit is now heating and working to specs ; used 1 279816 (THERMAL KIT), and 1 279838 (ELEMENT) from stock"

"Checked over compactor and found door not opening, found foot pedal had broke on left side causing it to not push draw. Unit needs new foot pedal,screws no guard will order and return. Advised customer it was out of stock so it would be a few days we would call when parts are in for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11636605 (Foot pedal) and 2 WP780263 (Screw)s and 1 WPW10242557 (Guard) and 2 W10661526 (Screw)s"

"Ran diagnostics due to machine not powering up and unit came on checked for errors and found F5e2 lock failure f0e1 clothes in drum during a clean cycle, ran step 12 and unit went threw. Ran a wash cycle and unit cam on and ran rechecked errors and found lock error and communication error, will order new interface, use main cntrl and order lock, parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W11603844 (Console) and 1 W11565030 (Latch)"

Installed new cooktop and advised customer on cleaning and to not turn on burners or oven until cooktop glass has reached room temp if turning on it may crack with the cold. All operations are now working to specs

Customer was suppose to be scheduled Wednesday and no one showed up he called and canceled the wAreenty and ordered a new Dryer so idk whats going on but he will have to call and schedule a new apt if wanting unit serviced he stopped the payment on warranty
