Checked for errors and found F5e2 lock failure, f0e1 load wile in a clean washer cycle, cleared errors and ran step 12 checking all steps and unit ramped up and spun right out perfect. Ran another wash cycle then a spin checking drain pump and pump is strong and emptying all water out of tub every cycle. Advised customer I could not duplicate issue and If it happens again to try and record it to see what its doing as of now unit is working properly"

"Tested unit and found fridge had went warm on customer several times then back on and started to operate normally this had happened 6 times in past few months, checked evap and found it had a full frost pattern tested compressor an found super hot to touch checked amperage and found drawing .7 amps unplugged unit and back in finding line feeding unit starting to freeze up then back off found suction line not warm. Compressor is over heating then kicking off on a overload this is what caused all the warm temps then back on again. Unit is going to need a new compressor kit, couplers will order an return with parts. Sealed system is covered under ten year warranty part an labor ; ordrng 1 W11686820 (Compressor) and 1 W11506635 (Coupler) and 1 W11504447 (Coupler)"
