Installed new parts and ran test and washer now spinning out properly.

Range still randomly showing dashes on control panel as its heating up and sometimes customer has to reset. Preheated to 35 and then 400 oven heated properly l. Called tech support and the only recommendation is to replaced main pcb again. ; ordrng 1 DG94-04041B (Main PCB)

Refrigerator still not making any ice. Ran test 45 and fill tube is frozen. Found 120vac at heater and heater ohms out fine. Have already filled icebox with perma gum with no luck. Called tech support and they recommended replacing all the parts in the ice box to help with a better seal and stop with cold air leaking by. Was given this SR#7739332168 customer to call customer care to request a replacement or an authorization for repair. Customer refuses to pay for any parts as this issue has been ongoing since he bought.

"Checked over unit and found microwave not powering up and dead, tried pulling unit out and found machine had no frame under unit holding oven in place. Will need second man to pull unit out and get to microwave unit is very tight in place and with non bottom support unit is sitting on front trim advised customer unit needs support. Customer will try and get unit out will let us know on fixing unit quoted for second man if needed"
