In warranty 30:day cosmetic Found the handle loose and theres a scratch on the fridge door .Was just delivered yesterday and told delivery that was scratched they just left.Called office spke to J to check covered and will take up to 12 weeksAdvised Cust to look check door damage and call us to install; ordrng 1 13109402BQ (Fridge door black) and 1 W11223753 (Name plate) and 2 WP12246608 (Buttons)s

"Replaced the gear case part# W11454734, replaced inner basket W10752719. Leveled washing machine, calibrated and tested in diagnostics. Tested washing machine in Normal wash and drain and spin cycles. Washing machine is operating properly, job is complete."

"Cust complaint not drying and extra wet towards back of dryer and is prematurely shutting off .Checked error codes Error codes F1e1 acu checked connection are good.Found voltage good 120 black to ground and 120 red to ground 240 red to black and 0 white to ground Theres water on floor and found the valve not closing and spraying in tub when running each cycle shut water off and Cust aware.The water at bottom of dryer Tested the sensor is open And heater is good Ordering control,sensor ,water valve Left dryer unplugged and told Cust not to use leaking Spoke to Mike about multi parts; ordrng 1 WPW10298258 (Sensor) and 1 W11775942 (Control) and 1 W11611436 (Valve)"
