Pulled door from bottom and finally got it to open finding unit had been stuck shut from the gaskets and the rails found sticky stuff on them holding the door shut. Lubed rails and cleaned condenser tested door and it is now opening and closing normally"

"Ran washer and found machine would not advance in a wash ran diagnostics and found error F2e3 acu/ui mismatch ran a spin cycle to test drain pump and found unit would not turn on pump tested voltage at control and found no power to drain dump causing it to not spin out control faulty. "Checked over washer due to unit making a banging noise wile running and found transmission leaking oil causing the bearings to make noise when washing and spinning, found gearcase shaft also loose making noise wile agitating and when shifting into a spin unit would grind then catch. This problem has been going on for 4 weeks and I’m very discouraged! There are 4 people in the house who use the washer and we have been unable to do so. I need this issue resolved ASAP!
