Ck unit upon arrival and found wash plate spinning out of control try to remove wash plate but was unsuccessful. Break wash plate apart and found one of the screw from hub strip break Hub apart and remove strip screw take pictures and order parts for replacement ; ordrng 1 W10902814 (Washplate) and 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Clutch kit) and 1 W10324651 (Hub) and 1 2time (2time)

"Arrived and found unit working and heating up normally customer advised me unit had stoped working then would start heating again they could not see the ignitor glowing when it was not working when they looked into unit. Ran a timed cycle and a sensor cycle finding unit operating normally. Let unit cycle and noticed unit would click the gas valves on and off several times bf it would light, seems gas valves are acting up will order new burner assembly, valves and harness, advised parts where out of stock so we would call when in for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11625513 (Main harness) and 1 W11646258 (Gas valves) and 1 W11652257 (Gas burner)"

"Tested washer and found unit locked and would not open lid lock flashing, canceled out cycle and checked for drain pump running found 120v to pump but out not running causing unit to not start. Replaced drain pump and unit is now draining and operating to specs ; used 1 W11399437 (DRAIN PUMP) from stock"

"Installed new outer tub and ran machine threw a wash and calibration cycle, unit is now washing and all operations are now working to specs"

Ck unit upon arrival per customer unit has been shutting down on its own and when pull unit out unit would come back on. Check outlet and found 121VAC between neutral and line voltage and only 7VAC between ground and Line voltage. Customer will correct issue with electrical
