"Arrived , customer pulled washer and dryer out to make it accessible . Tested and verified noises. Disassembled dryer, checked motor and blower wheel, no issues found. Installed dryer kit. Reassembled, tested, roaring/whining noise gone but still making a loud thumping sound. Ran dryer with door open and drum is running eccentric. Ordering drum. "Confirmed purchase and took picture of receipt customer provided from her phone. Also checked entitlement, found actual goods issue date of 5/25. Still in first year warranty.Tested and confirmed timer not advancing. Removed and replaced timer. Checked incoming voltage, found dryer only had 120V incoming power. Checked at outlet, still only 120. Advised customer they need to check outlet and ensure 240V incoming power to dryer."

"Checked and tested all fans, compressor and defrost, all tested good. No frost or ice buildup on either evaporator. Entered diagnostics, ran tests for all thermistors, all tested good. Tested both evaporator fans and condenser fan. Ran test 40, completed properly with no issues. Customer says he believes noise is coming from compressor. Unable to duplicate complaint, no unusual noises. All operating properly. Advised customer to avoid putting certain items directly in front of vents in back of RC section. Also advised if noise returns to try to record and isolate area noise is coming from. Refrigerator operating as designed at time of visit."
