Using probe on my meter, set oven to bake at 350, elements working and oven heating properly. Temperatures on display and on meter are within 15 degrees of each other when oven signals ready. Meter picking up residual heat. Oven operating as designed."

Tested and found dryer operating properly. Checked outside vent found no airflow at all from vent. Dryer operating as designed. Issue is with vent. Advised customer to have vent checked and cleaned. Collected for service call on cc.

Tested and ran diagnostics. Found F9E1 drain error. Washer would not start cycle. Found no continuity on wires from control to drain pump. Ordering control and harness. Checked part availability and advised customer that office will call to schedule when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Harness) and 1 W11513246 (Control)

Checked and found wire broken at bottom of door. Would need door. Customer declined repair. Collected for service call on ck #1147
