Unit went into high speed spin with no noise. Informed customer unit shaking a bit is normal operation but was in balance and not banging inside drum. Checked under unit, nothing loose . Checked back panel it was secure. Showed customer hoses could be hitting back of unit making knocking noise. Informed customer on proper loading procedures, and if unit is. Unbalanced it can bounce around and knock inside drum. If it does that pause load and re arrange clothes so they are balanced. Verified unit working as designed."
