Replaced failed door handle.Unit functioning as designed.

Complaints refrigerator started leaking shortly thereafter technician leaving house left door with icemaker built onto door and waterlines built in the door is not staying open. I found even after leveling refrigerator out that the door does not contain a cam on this specific door that would help door stay open like on previous models.This model is designed and engineered in a manner that causes the hoses of the door to create a spring closure effect. "Complaint when ice button is pressed sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt intermittently. Sometimes the shoot will open other times. It will not sometimes an ice cube will fall out the door randomly sometimes it will not rhyme or reason when it will work. I found control is failing, causing issues to occur due to a broken wire at the bottom of the door will need a whole door assembly. Use your interface control door flap, keypad assembly, and main controls at the top due to wiring sparking underneath door. Complaint suspension issues are suspected F0e5 f0e1 error codes found. I found suspension is shot found gear case has a slight leak starting to occur oily bearing pack is starting to sound louder than what it should. As well customer declined repair today. Drain pump sounds fine.
