"Complaint ineffective cooling in freezer fresh food section is fine. I found .89 amp draw on compressor perfect full frost pattern on evaporator perfect. Evaporator fan motor is working properly as of right now freezer temperature is -3.2? fresh food section is 37.6? unit is set to zero and 38 cannot find any cooling issues or sealed system issues at this time with unit customer stated he had Best Buy come out under contract a couple of days ago and ever since then the door has been closing better I suspect that the door may not have been closing, causing cooling cold air to leak from system, causing inefficient cooling. Customer also stated that they powered off unit as well yesterday."

After months of frustration and constantly putting me off every two weeks. Choice warranty sent Advantage service to my house-the first decided compressor-I said over kill its sensor or water going thru. So after 7 months—I now have ice in my icemaker. The heat line on water was replace and done right! They sent Johnathan —finally some one that actually knew what the issue was and showed me all the issues! Too bad i didn’t get Johnathan first!!!! Advantage listened. But don’t trust the first person. Advantage made it right! Thank you!!
