"Found vibration from freezer evaporator fan motor and housing. Removed freezer back panels, no frost or ice buildup. Tightened all mounting screws for evaporator fan housing and back panels. Tested operation of fan motor. Abnormal Vibration noise has stopped."

Replaced the door catch part# W11240283. The dryer door closes and opens properly. Door is held closed with new catch. Tested dryer for proper operation. Dryer is heating and operating properly.

"Case# 23224476, George whirlpool tech support. No error codes present in diagnostics. Forced defrost works from the diagnostics entry point. Thermistor shows pass. Evaporator fan motor very noisy from hitting the frost built up. After defrosting evaporator the fan motor is working and not noisy. Condenser coils were dirty from dog hair built up. Dispenser control W11330971 may need to be replaced, I will run this by Mike tomorrow a.m. before ordering the control. And will follow up with customer. Quoted $300.00 for labor."
