"Complaint food, freezing, and fresh food section all the way down all the way up customer is not blocking venting Empty. I replaced main control board and I also replaced evaporator fan motor assembly evaporator was extremely dirty.. No further issues found with refrigerator; used 1 WPW10675033 (CNTRL-ELEC), and 1 W11087438 (EVAP MOTOR) from stock"

"Main board is missing P 13 pin connection communications for Wi-Fi connector and power board Orion board has the wrong mocks connectors on it need the blade mux connectors not the square. Advise customer that main board is no longer available. Told him of the risks involved. Customer stated he is aware of the risks. "Complaint a couple of days ago refrigerator completely stopped cooling. No lights on the touchscreens. Flip the breaker off with the breaker back on no change then all of a sudden while was on the phone with manufacture setting up service, the refrigerator chimed and started randomly cooling again has been cooling fine, but the lights still have not started working again. I suspect customer had a surge or a control board failure to cause issue. It is potential that they had a motor that failed causing issue but unlikely as all motors are working fine as of right now. Unit has been making ice just fine. All operations of the refrigerator appear to be working properly except for lights now. no voltage at lights door is recognizing it is open and closed in all sections. advised customer we could still have light bulbs that need to be replaced or a fan motor that may need to be replaced. I am still unsure will need boards to confirm.; ordrng 1 W11333076 (Control) and 1 W11131873 (Power Orion board) and 1 W10917313 (Gasket)"

I replaced all previously ordered parts. verified test 57 new icemaker cycled fine E0 no codes test 45 icemaker filled with water no issues. compressor coming on no cooling issues reported by customer no temperature issues that I can see here today. All settings have been set to factory settings of 37 and zero.
