"Complaint big pile of soap at the very end of the cycle right below dispenser dispenser opening at the end of the cycle. Customer suspects I found wash motor is failing, was running at the beginning of a diagnostics cycle and would not start back up again after it paused in the middle of diagnostics cycle, evidence of motor leak leaking prior to replacing as drywall is soaked and crumbling. Underneath of dishwasher. Diverter is crusty as well. Left dispenser with customer old one and motor old one. No further issues found at this time. No leakage is found at this time after removing new motor and cleaning the seal tub seal motor seal and tub where the seal for the sump goes. Cleared error codes F7e1 f9e1 f4E3 drain pump is working perfectly fine"

Complaint:not draining.Possible sudsing/flood sensor malfunction.Upon arrival found drain pump functional.Removed minor obstruction from drain line and resolved drainage issues.

Complaint F2E0 displaying on screen previous technician replaced user interface and fixed the F2 E0 code. also when convection baking in microwave temperature starts to go down instead of up the longer it runs. I found after replacing temperature sensor that the connector was plugged into the wrong mole connector on control. Microwave was reading magnetron temp instead of bake temp. When heating during convection function. Unit is now working properly with no further issues found at this time with bake broil or microwave functionality.

Replaced valves tested operations no further issues found everything working properly no additional complaints from customer about operation

56g r600 replaced parts leaking at filter dryer orifice tube Schrader valve purchased system tested operations. Everything working fine now unit cooling properly.

Complaint press start on the dishwasher and nothing happens. I found complaint true no noise no nothing. I found motor has failed. Replaced motor sump assembly tested operations. Dishwasher is now working fine. Cleared error codes 8-4 5-1 4-3 performed a diagnostics cycle. Dishwasher is operating properly no leakage occurring.

"Complaint rear center burner front right and front left burners continue to click and will not ignite properly. Sometimes they will ignite and flame shoots out from underneath cooktop making a loud popping noise. I found complaint is true. I found igniters have failed and reignition igniter modules are split using inspection camera to check. Unit will need orifice holders that come with electrodes unit will also need ignition, module and burner flame spreader assemblies I found screws are stuck seized on multiple burners. Will need to be drilled and orifice holders will need to be replaced. No further issues found customer can use a match or a long lighter to ignite flame but well have to deal with clicking noise incessantly. For the entire duration of cooking.
