I replaced all previously ordered parts verified operations. Everything is now working properly all big features and convection features of microwave are also working properly with no further issues found.

"I replaced start device tested operations. Everything is working and has been working. Just fine since last visit. I found that freezer plastics with IR thermometer are reading -22? food inside objects are reading 0? fresh food section is reading 34.3? fresh food section is set at 34?. Freezer section is set at zero I set both temperature zones back to factory recommended settings, no additional issues with refrigerator at this time unit has been making ice with no issues. I did however find that the waterline attaching to the back of the unit has been leaking slow drip advise customer to replace waterline. I turned off water to refrigerator so no more damage can occur to customers flooring. customer stated they will fix that themselves."

"Complaint the other day oven had a display stating cooling fan error. After walking away display started glitching and flashing and going blink and then a white screen over and over again I found complaint unit will need user interface, main power board main control board and cooling fan to fix Office to call customer when all parts come in will need extra time oven is very tight. I am able to get it out of hole ; rqstng P&A on 1 W10672895 (Ui ss) and 1 WPW10273667 (Fan) and 1 WPW10292566 (Control) and 1 WPW10286791 (Control), ordrng 1 2xtime (2xtime)"

Complaint freezer door not closing properly. Its truly hard to close. Has lots of condensation all the way around it. I tested operations. Customer stated she cleaned freezer door and interior liner of freezer section yesterday and has not had any issues since with freezer door closing or opening I verified no more issues found at this time with fresh food section or with freezer. Everything is working as of right now.

Complaint customer had recording of noise coming from back of fridge. Put unit in test mode 5 and found that compressor was cause of noise normal operation is occurring no loss of cooling or functional issues found. Unit had been cooling properly on arrival and customer had no complaints of cooling issues. No further issues found or observed at this time cannot replace compressor for noise must be functional failure occurring. B.S.
