"Complaint microwave door have to hold it closed to make it operate. Microwave does heat perfectly fine.. Issue has progressively gotten worse through time. Unit will need microwave door, harness assembly, and hinges and all associated parts to repair. Customer declined repair is going to contact his warranty company."

I replaced all previously ordered parts. I tested operations. Unit is cooling with no further issues seen at this time. Food was frozen on all shelves and the fresh food zone upon arrival.

Complaint freezing food still in fresh food section all the way down does not matter if it is in the pantry or on top shelf. Unit is set to maximum temperature of 43? currently is 34? in fresh food section vegetables are measuring 35? in bin pantry drawer pantry is set for beverages not meat and cheese. I suspect airflow issues or computer based issues. Ordering everything that pertains to both in fresh food compartment customer unavailable till the second as they travel and are out of town often ; ordrng 1 WPW10389152 (Support) and 1 W11087438 (Fan mtr assembly) and 1 W11577100 (Ui) and 1 WPW10675033 (Control) and 1 W10860238 (Air tower) and 1 WPW10248595 (Damper control)

Complete ice spin continues to clog up ice shoot if Ben is not dumped very often door to ice chute not closing when issue occurs compacting into a giant ball of ice have to use a hairdryer and melt till you remove. I found issue occurs only when customer is not dumping ice bin often enough. No issues found replaced motor no further issues found.

On arrival I replaced lights that were sent with and tested unit. Unit tested fine after installation.
