Complaint:no ice.Found water fill tube out of alignment with ice maker.Adjusted fill tube to align with channel.Now functional as designed.

"Complaint unit not cooling has not cooled since day one. Customer stated unit is only 7 days old since it was delivered. I found unit appears to have been dropped fracturing high side pressure line locking up compressor, causing compressor to also leak all the oil out of high-pressure side line going into cabinetry liner. "Replaced main control performed a control board calibration process tested operations. Everything is working fine. I did however, find that the hot water hose is corroded where it attaches to the wall and the valve has been leaking at the wall."

I have tried new water filters to see if it was the filter that was causing it previous company that was out here two weeks ago got to close and as they were pulling out of the driveway, it popped open by itself.
