Complaint compressor going hum click unit is not cooling and either zone. I found compressor is extremely hot to touch and is locked up ordering new compressor to repair.; ordrng 1 W11209866 (Compressor) and 1 W11506635 (Coupler)

"Complaint washing machine making a burning smell also making a loud clicking noise. Also sounds like a gravel road when you spin the tub by hand. Also washing machine the other day overfilled it would not stop filling up had to unplug washing machine and turn water off the unit. Unit is located on county water. I found odor has caused by main and drive drive motor overheating due to gear case bearing failure, putting excessive load on control causing issues with control. Left unit unplugged advised customer not to use. Unit will need gear case control, water, inlet valve, and all gear case associated parts to fix.
