"Cust complaint not drying towels in nail salon. Found lint n dryer around door and the out side vent clogged took photos.Tested with out the vent dryer ran fine , when pull off vent on dryer gets hot and it short circulates.They also run timed dry for 40 mins on towels changed to 1 hour. Vent tarp clogged with nail dust and when pulled off vent was filled with nail grit and lint .They Said they paid some one to re do the vent 3 days ago. Vent is clogged again. took photo of out side vent clogged tried to explain its the vent causing issue . Not allowing air out restricted .Cust wasnt listening to my dianostics they just kept saying was just worked on. Had them take photo of out side vent clogged. They sent to who fixed vent Explained not dryer when pull off vent the flow is fine.Very difficult explaining to them I said to owner if keep coming in will be a charge if vent againCould call vent wizards 1 617-942 6688"
