Found little frost edge where door didnt close bottom freezer was hitting lower panel.Put water down drain was clear.Drain was clear and draining no need for new drain was working and draining ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11190084 DRAIN KIT (SP W11397260A)

Found the drain frozen Cust already clear ice build up in freezer and isnt leak last couple of days.Trimmed piece off end of drain .

Installed new harness and suspension rods and ran diagnostics Advised customer light load on blankets one at a time
