Complaint that the oven didnt heat up ever since the repair. Found disconnected wires on the heating element. Reattached connection and oven working properly. Called office and this would fall under call back. No charge for the visit. Mentioned to customer to run the oven and verify if it the bake cycles good.; saved tckt

Replaced all parts and unit running normal. Door panel and touch was replaced. No leaks detected.

Upon arrival the sealed lines was setup and cleared from the R600a and found the system completely discharged proof that the refrigerator had a leak. Setup nitrogen to 250psi for leak check. After 45min found gauge reading dropped to 170psi signs of a small leak. No leaks detected in the condenser nor evaporator sides. No leaks on the connections on the compressor. Did find leak on the left wall. Customer was able to notice sound of the leak in the same place. Unit cannot be serviced due to leakage in the right internal wall. Mentioned to the customer the issue and customer is aware.

Complaint that the washer is not washing the stains off the clothes properly. Ran a cycle with hot water and on with cold and theirs a big difference between the water level on both cycles. On hot cycle using towels setting on quick it only filled up around % inches of water. Running colors cycle it filled up 4x the amount from before. Both hot and cold has good amount of water pressure. Will order parts for approval.; rqstng P&A on 1 W11621180 (Control Board) and 1 WP353244 (Pressure hose)

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Unit unplugged with water in unit, ran drain pump and would not drain, pump is just humming. Removed and found couple pieces of metal in pump. Replaced pump and unit drains but wash motor not running. Replaced sump assy and unit running properly .; used 1 W11497943 (DRAIN PUMP/W CHOPPER) from stock"
