Complaint that the washer has error codes E27 and E95. Found debris in the drain filter causing the error code to come up. Removed all debris and did a reset on the unit and all working properly. Collected for minor repairs.

Upon arrival found that the finish on the new door wasnt the color. New door was a regular stainless steel and customer unit is black stainless steel. Will reorder door. "Arrived and found cooktop with a spot of discoloration, took photos and attached to ticket. Contacted tech support and they claimed the contract service must be the one to approve the repair.
