Technician did not know my appliance at all. I have a gas stove which is burning out frequently yellow flames. That should not happen on a gas stove. He proceeded to tell me that it was fine and it probably had to do something with the way the gas is coming into my house . however this is a new problem and this is a new stove. He then proceeded to tell me that he had to replace the entire panel for over $600 that once trying to control their flow on each of the burners, I paid for the service fee of him, walking into my house and called a different service who ended up fixing it.

He came out to look at my refrigerator. Told me I need a seal for $800. I had another guy come out and look at it and it was a drawer that was on the wrong way. It was moved in two seconds. would not recommend this company.
