"Checked over tub and inspected unit finding the tub cracked and pieces broken off found pressure sensor connection broken snd plastic deformed. Checked over unit again and unit will need tub due to bearing noise also ordering new shocks,stator and rotor found after checking unit there was metal on motor. Will plz need extra time for the tub also second man due to being in a tight spot, Advised customer we would reorder parts and once in we would return to replaced all parts ; ordrng 1 W11354541 (Stator) and 1 W11314361 (Rotor) and 1 W11557803 (Bolt) and 1 W11316766 (Shocks)"

"Ran unit thew diag and found errors F5e4 door not open error, f8e1 long fill ran a cycle due to unit started to walk out of its place and it would not stop when getting to the spin cycle it would stay on 12 min and continue to spin until powered off. Found cntrl and interface faulty will need to replace, checked tub and found inner basket shaft bent causing tub to shake and jump unit will need new tub assembly. Advised customer unit is not in warranty and they will call advised the part will be shipped to the house to pls check for damages when there ; ordrng 1 W11460604 (Tub) and 1 W11550649 (Cntrl) and 1 W11325569 (Interface)"

Replaced control and checked sensors finding it now reading in Fahrenheit and unit now defrosting properly. Advised to give unit 24 hrs so temps can regulate."

"Tested unit due to machine had started to walk again when customer would wash and found unit stable and legs locked ran a diagnostic cycle and found errors F5e4 door not open between cycles, f8e1 long fill. Ran a calibration cycle and unit went threw normally ran a spin and found washer ramping up and pedestal moving nd shaking checked bolts and found it had rattled free and was causing the shaking, tightened down pedestal and ran again finding now good, advised customer on loading unit with the correct amount of clothes to level the tub advised on best cycles to use and settings. Unit is now operating to manufacture specs"

However I wish those of us that pay monthly for extended service from Homedepot have difficulty reaching the proper service company that gets us to your company.
