"Ran unit and found normal wash cycle would not select on control panel every other cycle would beep when selected normal would not do anything. Removed console and checked control found corrosion on all the solider joints this is causing improper selection of cycles. Replaced console and recalibrated machine, unit is now operating to manufacture specs"

"Tested unit and found on arrival I could hear unit clicking and buzzing removed rear cover no found compressor kicking off on n overload due to locked up to shake compressor but it is locked. Unit will need new compressor kit, couplings an r600 will order and return when parts are in ; ordrng 1 W11557425 (Compressor kit) and 1 R600a (Bottle) and 2 W11033348 (Coupler)s"

Also found model and serial # was registered under a name customer does not know. Check and serial # fall within range of control board SCode. Replace control and ran quick wash cycle and unit is now operating to manufacturers specs

I am satisfied with Advange performance. However I wish those of us that pay monthly for extended service from Homedepot have difficulty reaching the proper service company that gets us to your company. I had to go through 3 companies before they found that I had service protection. Homedepot should make that earlier to get to. Other than that Andre was reliable and capable from your company
