Found evap fan weak causing drain to ice over and clog port to RC. Order and replace evap fan. ; ordrng 1 W11369036 (Fan)

Unable to duplicate complaint. Customer is complaining of thumping and squealing. Cycled unit with full load of towels. Found thumping caused by drain hose hitting machine. Drain line needs to be secured. Customer main complaint is squealing. Unable to duplicate. Requested customer record issue and have evidence prior to return. All functions check ok at this time.

No problem found with unit. Customer expected water level to be higher than it is. Water level is normal based on auto sensing fill. Explained that water level is designed to go just above clothing. Calibrated control and ran normal cycle checked water level empty and verified level is proper. All functions check ok.
