One care worker said a breaker or something had flipped , another care Worker said it wasnt taking too long to dry and another coworker said that it just would not turn. Check heater heater cycling on and off inform customer unit is working as designed now . Passed vent test kit. if breaker flips again may be a bad breaker and that is an electrical issue , would neeed electrician. verified proper operation . trip fee already paid."
