Tested found 120 volts to light bulb tested bulb it is open. Instructed customer bulbs are not cover by warranty.

Found improper water line installation. Customer instruction water lines are backwards. NOTE TO OFFICE while checking the washer the toilet water line blow off the toilet spraying everywhere. Water was then turned off I took a picture of the hose on toilet tenant was present when this occurred.

Complaint that the washer would not start any cycle. Found unit needed a reset and ran diagnostic and calibration cycles. Ran Quick Cycle and all working normal. No issues with the washer.
