Complaint that the unit is rusting and peeling from the door and unit would trip the breakers after 15min. of use. Found electrical wiring not hooked up properly. Customer will have someone fix the connections. Mentioned to the customer that cosmetics are not covered. Took pictures of the doors and called the office and showed RC and it clearly shows it was scratched on the bottom corner edge and the clear coat is pealing.
